Political hostilities and financial troubles were back on display inside the Cook County boardroom yesterday.
Despite a slew of budget cuts this year to hospitals, health care, and the public defender's office, it appears the county is once again headed for a yet another financial crisis.
And if yesterday's board meeting was any indication, it's clear a solution may be a ways away.
