Oily Cartis an acclaimed London-based theater company specializing in producing material for the very young and for children with special needs. Now they've teamed up with the Chicago Children’s Theater to create a wholly interactive, multi-sensory experience for autistic kids. It's called The Red Kite Project. Chicago Children's Theater artistic director Jackie Russell recently sat down with Eight Forty Eight's Dan Bindert. She says that even though there's a structure to the performance, they're breaking new ground with each show.
