Cobalt formed in Chicago in 2007 and say they are all about love and guts, energy and enthusiasm! The band gets a chance to prove it this weekend at the Chicago Bluegrass and Blues Festival. Joining them are Ha Ha Tonka, Lil' Ed & The Blues Imperials, Blue Mother Tupelo and many, many other acts. The Chicago Bluegrass and Blues Festival takes place Saturday from noon to 11 p.m. at the Congress Theater on N. Milwaukee Ave. in Chicago.
