Yesterday, Chicago aldermen officially voted to pass the city's nearly 6 billion dollar budget for next year. City council members did so by the overwhelming margin of 49-1. Humboldt Park alderman Billy Ocasio was that lone ranger. He's worried about letting city employees go.
