City Budget Fills Holes with Fees

Yesterday, Chicago aldermen officially voted to pass the city's nearly 6 billion dollar budget for next year. City council members did so by the overwhelming margin of 49-1. Humboldt Park alderman Billy Ocasio was that lone ranger. He's worried about letting city employees go. So, exactly what will we residents have to give up or hand over to help fill the city's gaping financial hole?
