After weeks of uncertainty, yesterday the Democratic general election campaign for Lieutenant Governor in Illinois finally took off. Governor Pat Quinn and his newly-named running mate Sheila Simon took an airplane tour of the state, making their introductions. The law professor from Southern Illinois University joins us.
