The Return of the 1900s

The 1900s.

Tuesday, Chicago band The 1900s release their sophomore album. The new record’s called Return of the Century, and in some ways it does mark a return to form for the band. Though they never broke up, The 1900s have been living below the radar since their 2007 release, Cold and Kind. In the years between, the band went through some turmoil, a lineup change, and a lot of growth. We recently brought them in to talk about the new album and play some songs. The 1900s started with a performance of "Babies" in our Jim and Kay Mabie Performance Studio.
