Gerrymandering creates strange boundary-and political-lines

In the process of selecting electoral districts, gerrymandering seeks to establish a political advantage for a particular party by manipulating district boundaries that adhere to that party's voting patterns. Washington Post reporter Christopher Ingraham laid out the country's most gerrymandered congressional districts and how they came to be.
