For most guys, jeans and sneakers and a t-shirt and a hoodie are just what you throw on to run errands, or to hang out on the weekend. But some black men are ditching the comfort factor — and they say a little bit of themselves — to dress up when they go out because they say they’re less likely to be targeted by the police.
