Former Chicago Inspector General David Hoffman publicly kicks off his campaign for U.S. Senate today at the Garfield Park Conservatory. And Miami Heat star/Chicago native Dwayne Wade returns to “present a gift to the William Leonard Library.” A new book? A nice Rolex? I must know what this gift is.
