Aja Monet is an award winning and internationally recognized performance poet. Her debut EP “Scared To Make Love / Scared Not To” is out with all proceeds benefiting her relief work in Haiti.

Aja joins MusicVox host Jesse Menendez for a conversation about the EP, her work in Haiti, and of course LOVE. But first, she begins by telling about her first encounter with poetry.
