New Documentary Tells Story Of First U.S. All-Black Rowing Team

The new documentary A Most Beautiful Thing tells the story of the first all-black rowing team at Manley High School on Chicago’s West Side. One of the members, Arshay Cooper, will be a part of a virtual event at the Chicago Humanities Festival on Tuesday at 7p.m. 

Cooper joins Reset to share his story, his book and the documentary, which was produced by basketball star Dwayne Wade and narrated by Chicago rapper Common.
