Illinois Representative Pushes To Repeal Restrictive Abortion Laws

Illinois Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky is introducing new legislation to repeal the Helms Amendment, which prevents U.S. foreign aid to be used toward abortion care abroad. She's also making the push to repeal the related Hyde Amendment.
