Former Ambassador Carol Moseley Braun broke barriers in 1992 as the first Black woman elected to the U.S. Senate. Now, 27 years later, the Illinois Democrat reflects on her trailblazing political career, and addresses growing calls for Joe Biden to choose a Black woman as his 2020 running mate.
