White Sox shake up leadership after string of losses

The team has lost 8 out of its last 10 games, and the owner is making changes in the front office.

Vice president Ken Williams and general manager Rick Hahn are out in the White Sox front office. Owner Jerry Reinsdorf is expected to name Chris Getz as general manager and is reportedly considering moving the team from Guaranteed Rate Field when the team’s lease ends in 2029. A 2016 rebuild sought to change the trajectory of the South Side’s team, but that hasn’t happened.
