CPS faces a $391 million budget gap. What does that mean for students?

Chicago Public Schools is in some financial hot water. The school district serving more than 300,000 students says it’s facing a budget shortfall of nearly $400 million dollars. And they have until next summer to close the gap. We find out what this means for students and services at CPS.
