U.S. Supreme Court and Janus versus AFSCME

The U.S. Supreme Court is set to issue its ruling on a labor law case that involves First Amendment rights. Janus versus the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees was brought by an Illinois state worker who argues that his First Amendment rights are being violated by forcing him to pay union dues even though he doesn't belong  to the AFSCME union. We talked about the case with John Marshall law School Constitutional Law Professor Steve Schwinn.
