Morning Shift - April 16, 2015

The U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions is working on a bi-partisan bill to reauthorize the Elementary and Secondary Education Act - most recently known as No Child Left Behind. The law expired at the end of last year. Also, a look at the threat of private development at the Indiana Dunes. (Flickr/Sharon & Nikki McCutcheon)
