On Friday, President Obama stopped short of asking President Mubarak to step down from power. But he did call for “an orderly transition process” to begin. Mubarak said he will not leave until his term is up in September. We discuss the political unrest with Emad Shahin, professor at Notre Dame’s Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies. And Theogene Rudasingwa was Chief of Staff and a trusted advisor to Rwandan President Paul Kagame. He now lives in exile in the United States. Rudasingwa believes the Rwandan “miracle” is a myth and he’ll give us an insider’s look at the Kagame regime.
