Rep. Robin Kelly, D-Illinois, gave a speech on the House of Representatives floor attacking the political influence of the National Rifle Association. She linked the monetary contributions given to inaction of Congress in curbing gun violence. For every dollar House Speaker Paul Ryan took from the NRA, she named a gun fatality victim. She only got to 23 names.
