Iraq approves new government

Iraq's parliament has put in place a new government led by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi. John Kerry has backed the unity government, which he called "inclusive." We'll discuss how this new government could impact the region with Middle East scholar Joseph A. Kéchichian.
