U.S. Accuses Russia Of Attack On UN Aid Convoy In Syria

Earlier this week a UN aid convoy in Northern Syria was attacked, with at least one UN aid worker was killed in the attack. The United States has blamed Russia, but Moscow denies it was involved.

Now, US Secretary of State John Kerry has called for a no-fly zone as a means of salvaging a cease-fire deal that was agreed upon last week.
