Oliver Holmberg

Director of Software Engineering
Oliver Holmberg is a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer and technical leader with 12 plus years of experience building large scale applications and leading teams of engineers in a variety of industries. 

As Director of Software Engineering, Oliver heads up a team of Software Engineers that develop and maintain a suite of internal and public facing apps and websites that power WBEZ’s digital experiences. A life-long Chicagoan, and adamant WBEZ listener, Oliver currently resides in the Pilsen neighborhood with his wife Kathrine. For fun, Oliver enjoys cooking extravagant meals for his wife, family and friends, as well as hiking, fishing, travel and photography.​
