Passover coincides with Good Friday this year, both are next Friday. It’s not just the timing of these two holidays that’s something they both share. Highland Park Rabbi Evan Moffic has just written a new book that talks about how the Passover seder can be a unique place for Judaism and Christianity to intersect with each other. The seder is, after all, a religious ritual that many Jews observe. And Christians are remembering Jesus’s Last Supper, a Passover Seder, when they take communion. His book is called “What Every Christian Needs to Know About Passover: What It Means and Why It Matters.” Rabbi Evan Moffic talks about Passover traditions and how gentiles can celebrate the holiday.
