You won’t find the word “biodynamic” on many wine labels, but if you’re a wine drinker, you may well have quaffed several biodynamic bottles. Thirty percent of all wines from California’s Mendocino region are made from grapes grown according to biodynamic principles. Eight Forty-Eight contributor David Hammond talked to some of the people involved in the somewhat mystical process of producing biodynamic wine.
