So much for hot dogs, beef jerky and bologna…the World Health Organization says those and other processed meats are carcinogenic. And the same report suggests that red meat probably is, too. We couldn’t find any significant studies touting the health benefits of red meat, but those opinions can carry significant weight. It’s all the back and forth that confuses people and could make it more of a chore to choose the right diet. We hear listeners’ reactions to the WHO report.
