Chicago band Young Man in a Hurry releases new album
The band’s frontman joins Reset to talk about ‘Actor Brought a Vice.’
The album started with a methodical practice of morning writing when Matthew Baron, songwriter of Young Man in a Hurry, found himself in Oslo, Norway in early 2020. Demos were sent to collaborators along with reference materials, like minimalist short films and pieces of classical music. The result was a new album that bends genres and embraces musical interpretations from every artist it features.
Reset talks with the frontman about the new album out October 13.
