Chicago nonprofit No Shame On U creates new guide on youth mental health

The guide offers a comprehensive overview of what to do when a child is struggling with their mental health.

When Wendy Singer’s daughter was going through a mental health crisis, she didn’t know where to turn for help. Her experience inspired her to help create a new, free guide for parents and caregivers on how to respond when a child is experiencing a serious mental health challenge.
