Chicago ranked 6th most “bikeable” city in the U.S.

If you like biking, you may want to steer clear of Birmingham or San Bernardino. They ranked near the bottom of a new analysis of the “bikeability” of U.S. cities out from Walk Score, a RedFin company. By comparison, Chicago is a cycling paradise. We came in sixth after Boston, Denver, Portland, San Francisco and top-ranked Minneapolis. Jim Merrell is a campaign director at the Active transportation Alliance, and he joins us with more on the state of cycling in our city.
