The survey results are in, and only a third of all high school students at Chicago Public Schools are choosing to go back to the classroom next month. The hows and whys are still up in the air — as is a contract between the district and the teachers union — but WBEZ education reporter Sarah Karp stops by Reset to explain what’s next for Chicago’s high schoolers, who have spent a full year remote learning.
