Mayor Daley introduced U.S. Congressman Bobby Rush this morning at the Illinois Delegation breakfast at the DNC. Rush has been sidelined by cancer, which led him in to call for better healthcare in Illinois. He was lighthearted about his health troubles, joking that “it’s better to be seen than viewed.â€
