Could $1.3 Billion Lincoln Yards TIF Be Eliminated?

At a court hearing Wednesday, lawyers for a pair of local activists argued that the Lincoln Yards megadevelopment on Chicago’s North Side should not be eligible for $1.3 billion in tax increment financing.
