Around this time of the year, people are starting to work towards their new year’s resolutions. For many their goals are to lose weight, work out more or eat healthier. But research shows that the majority of dieters gain the weight back within a couple years or even sooner. So, some are moving away from that and starting to embrace a more positive relationship with their bodies, food and movement.
