Local musician Jon Langford’s work is the inspiration for a new production by The House Theatre. The action revolves around country singer Lofty Deeds as he comes to terms with the life he’s lived, the sacrifices he’s made and the soul that was sold to the record-company suits in exchange for a life of fame. It’s called All the Fame of Lofty Deeds, and Eight Forty-Eights’s Dueling Critics, Jonathan Abarbanel and Kelly Kleiman, saddled up earlier this week to take it around the barnOn Stage:
