Chicago is a city known for its colorful characters. But there is perhaps none more literally so than Vincent P. Falk. With his XXL Technicolor suits and signature dance moves, Falk has long caught the eyes of people walking across the Michigan Avenue bridge – or crossing below - by river boat tour. We speak with Falk and Jennifer Burns, whose film tells his story.
