Rampant rains throughout northern Illinois this summer have left residents desperate for relief. The Governor and residents alike are hoping the Federal Emergency Management Agency, or FEMA, will provide funds to repair homes and restore safe living conditions. Though the rain has stopped for now, many are still dealing with the effects of flooding.
