Chicago is home to a lot of museums — from those showcasing art or technology to those celebrating Italian American athletes or the history of surgical science. But strangely enough, we still don’t have a museum dedicated to food. That’s set to change on Saturday when the pop-up museum called Foodseum opens in the Block 37 building.
