Pence was clear about his top five priorities: Schools, roads, confronting drug abuse, and jobs and the economy. Toward the end of the speech, Pence made a turn and stepped right back in the controversy over religious freedom in Indiana and what that could mean over the fight for civil rights for gay and lesbian Hoosiers.
