The four leading government and private organizations overseeing management of the Great Lakes are meeting in Detroit this week for the Great Lakes Summit. Speakers will include former Vice President Al Gore and U.S. EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson. You can view their meetings on the live stream provided below via Detroit Public Television.

Conference organizers say they plan to cover “successful restoration efforts, economic and employment opportunities of the Great Lakes, invasive species, water quality, storm water and wastewater issues, infrastructure issues, chemicals of concern and algae blooms.”
