The growth in home prices and the number of homes selling is starting to slip overall. That’s pretty typical for the end of the summer, but this year it’s a little more pronounced. On the flip side, home values are up in some Chicago area neighborhoods and towns. And in the meantime, things on the condo front aren’t so great.
