This morning a juror with blondish corn rows said being on the jury would create a financial hardship. The white woman was replaced with alternate number one, a white male. The jury is racially split between and black and white. The judge threatened to declare a mistrial. That’s because the police investigator witness misused the word “investigation” Apparently, he was told not to use that word when describing a prior meeting with the alleged victim.
