Over the past decade technology has increasingly played a role in everything around elections. From the use of data to target voters to private companies like Facebook getting out the vote, campaigns are increasingly using technology to try and get your vote. Micah Sifry is the co-founder of Personal Democracy Media, and author of the book The Big Disconnect, Why the Internet Hasn’t Transformed Politics (Yet).
