Illinois Loses Congressional Seat Due to Census Results

Census results confirm America’s population is shifting from Northeast and Midwest rust belt states to sun belt states of Texas and Florida as well as North Carolina and westward. For Illinois, declining population numbers means the loss of one Congressional seat.
