Lawyers Fight Kenosha Shooter Kyle Rittenhouse’s Extradition To Wisconsin

The 17-year-old Antioch resident is accused of killing two protesters and injuring another after a protest in Kenosha, Wis.

Lawyers for Kyle Rittenhouse are fighting to keep the Antioch teen in Illinois. They argue sending the 17-year-old to Wisconsin to stand trial on homicide charges would violate his constitutional rights and “turn him over to the mob.”
