The anticipated results of the UN-backed Special Tribunal for Lebanon forced a political realignment. The Tribunal issued indictments for the 2005 assassination of former president Rafik Hariri and they’re about to be made public. On one side, Hezbollah want the rejection of the Tribunal result, since they may be implicated. On the other, former Prime Minister Saad Hariri wants justice for his father’s assassination. To help sort out the recent tension in Lebanon is Bilal Saab, a Middle East analyst and doctoral candidate at the University of Maryland.
