Multi-instrumentalist Andrew Bird has long taken what you might call an acrobatic approach to songwriting. In the past, he would speak in nonsensical words until he found the right shape for his sound.

But that was in the past. The Illinois native is playing a show tonight at Millennium Park, and we have the honor of having him here in our studio.
