The second annual all night arts festival called  Looptopia happens tonight in downtown Chicago. Event organizer Ty Tabing says his group is better prepared to handle the crowds this year. He says about 200,000 people attended last year’s festival, and things didn’t go so smoothly.

TABING: We underestimated our crowd size and we needed more toilets, we needed more water and we didn’t have enough all-night venues going after midnight.

Tabing says this year they’ve taken steps to address those problems. He says the event has over 40 corporate sponsors to cover its roughly $1 million price tag.
