For more than three decades, the Chicago Foundation for Women has worked to provide a safe environment for women and girls facing inequities in the city. And on May 28, a new leader will take the helm.
The foundation made the announcement Tuesday, naming Felicia Davis as its new CEO and president. Davis will replace K. Sujata, who stepped down in March after eight years in the role.
Davis joins the Morning Shift to talk about her plans for the foundation and for supporting women and girls in Chicago and the region.
