Orestes “Minnie” Miñoso was a native Cuban and the first Black man to play for the Chicago’s White Sox. He was so beloved he became known as “Mister. White Sox.” Our hosts discuss Miñoso’s inspiring baseball career during a time when there were few Black players in the major league.
