New food education program encourages CPS students to be ‘SnackTime Explorers’

The program brings bite-sized lessons to the classroom, teaching students how to make smart food decisions.

   

Elementary students across Chicago Public Schools are the first in the nation to receive so-called “produce passports.” It’s part of a new program helping kids build a healthy and positive relationship with fruits and veggies.
