Parents Need to Guide Kids' Moral Sensibility

In Chicago we're in the midst of what seems like an epidemic of inner-city youth violence with some kids even using their cars as weapons. Is there anything we can do? One former Chicagoan says that we could all re-think what it means to raise a good kid. He discusses his book, The Parents We Mean To Be: How Well-intentioned Adults Undermine Children's Moral and Emotional Development.
